Wafer paper is a tasteless edible paper made from potato starch and sunflower oil. Wafer paper drink toppers should be stored at room temperature in a dark place in the sealed plastic bag in which they are shipped. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Edible inks may fade if exposed to light for extended periods of time.
